Laguna University SportsFest 2025 | February 10β11 β The College of Computing Studies (CCS) Maroon Paddlers delivered strong performances in the table tennis doubles events at the Laguna University SportsFest, earning a silver in the womenβs division and a bronze in the menβs division. Despite falling short in the mixed doubles category, CCS athletes showcased determination, resilience, and competitive spirit throughout the tournament.
In the Menβs Doubles category, Art Codera and Renato Relevante captured the bronze medal after a 3β0 sweep over COEdβs Shane Arboleda and Daniel Llanes with set scores of 11β8, 11β2, and 8β11. Earlier in the competition, the duo fell short against CBAAβs Jeuel Gonzales and Nathaniel Taclan, with final scores of 12β10, 11β8, and 11β5. Thanks to their initial win, Codera and Relevante were given another shot and capitalized on the opportunity with a dominant victory to secure their podium finish.

In the Womenβs Doubles division, Hana Morales and Angela San Victores powered through the brackets to take silver, narrowly falling to CBAAβs Emilyn Orbia and Maycie Saloma, 3β1. The CCS pair rebounded with a clean 3β1 win over COEdβs Precious Pascua and Cherry Sion, finishing with set scores of 7β11, 11β3, 11β5, and 11β6.
