About Us

The University Library is located at Ground Floor of Oreta Building. It is open from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Schedules are adjusted based on the academic calendar of the University. The university library services assist library patrons with the location and accessing of materials, maintaining order in shelving of books. Library personnel help and guide patrons to find specific answers to questions.

LU students who wish to visit other libraries may request the issuance of a referral letter addressed to the librarian/head of the institution where he/she wishes to visit.

A photocopying service is also available in the library. Users can get a photocopy of the required information from reference materials upon payment.

    • Directs organization of the collection, providing principles, and guidelines on classification and cataloging, indexing, and mechanical processing.

Collection Development Policy
