Mie’s academic accomplishments include earning a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering (MSME) majoring in Energy Engineering from Technological University of the Philippines (TUP) – Manila in 2023. His academic prowess was further recognized with the 1st Place Best Paper Category award at the “First Asian Conference on Resource Management and Governance,” hosted by Northwest Samar State University. His dedication to teaching was acknowledged with the prestigious Male Model Teacher of the Year Award at LSPU-SCC in 2019. Mie’s professional journey began with obtaining his license as a mechanical engineer in 2012 and culminated with the 1st runner-up recognition in the Sibol Awards for College sponsored by DOST in 2013.
