About Us

The Registrar’s Office is located at LU 13, Administration Building. It is open from Monday to Friday at 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.  It is the official repository of student data from the time they enroll at LU until they graduate. These data include enrollment and graduation requirements such as program or degree, school year, collegiate unit, and permanent record, among others. It is where the students’ records are kept and maintained.

Objectives

To support Laguna University in the promotion and implementation of its curricular programs by ensuring efficient student records management system.

Services
 

The details of the academic calendar shall be prepared by the Registrar and subject to the approval of the Academic Council.

The institution operates under the semestral system. The Academic Year is divided into two (2) semesters of at least 18 weeks each, exclusive of registration period. A summer session of 6 weeks follows the second semester. Class work in the summer session is equivalent to class work in one (1) semester.

Present your LUAT results and Grade 12 report card (for incoming first year) and Original Copy of Grades (for Transferees).

STEP 2 – PROGRAM CONFIRMATION

Proceed to the ADMISSION OFFICE, Room 203, 2nd Floor Oreta Bldg. Present Interview Result, Original Copy of Grade 12 Report Card for incoming first year and Original Copy of Grades for Transferees.

STEP 3 – SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS

Once approved by the Admission Office, proceed to the REGISTRAR’S OFFICE, Room LU-13, LU-Administration Building and submit all documentary requirements.

Required Documents

Incoming First Year
– Original Copy of SF-9/Grade 12 Report Card w/ LRN

– Original Copy of Certificate of Good Moral Character
– 1 pc. passport size picture with nametag
– Photocopy of Birth Certificate (preferably issued by PSA)
– 1 pc. Long Kraft envelope (available in the Cashier’s Office)

Transferee
– Original Copy of Transfer Credential (Honorable Dismissal)

– Original Copy of Grades
– Original Copy of Certificate of Good Moral Character
– Original Copy of Transcript of Records “Copy for Laguna University”
– 1 pc. passport size picture with nametag
– Photocopy of Birth Certificate (preferably issued by PSA)
– 1 pc. Long Kraft envelope (available in the Cashier’s Office)

*For female married applicant, submit photocopy of Marriage Certificate (preferably issued by PSA)

STEP 4 – ONLINE ENROLLMENT SYSTEM

After the submission of documentary requirements, applicants will be directed to the ONLINE ENROLLMENT SYSTEM. Instructions and access will be sent via their registered email address.
