Laguna University, in its 18 years of existence in the academe, has been offering the programs Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Bachelor of Secondary Education, Bachelor of Elementary Education, and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, and Diploma in Midwifery. The institution believes that the lives of its stakeholders, especially the students, have improved through quality education.
As the university seeks to continuously live up to its vision and mission, the Placement, Alumni, and Linkages Office proudly presented its first Thanksgiving Ceremony with the theme “PROMINENCE: Leveled Up to Higher Grounds.”
The activity aimed to recognize the two hundred ten (210) latest board passers of Laguna University (161 LET passers, 1 LECPA passer, 43 Licensure for Mechanical Engineers passers, 4 MLE passers, and 1 BAR Examination passer) and motivate the graduating students under the board programs being offered by the institution.
The ceremony was held last April 18, 2024, 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM at the Cultural Center of Laguna. Hon. Ramil L. Hernandez and Pastor Maxi B. Urma were the guest of honor and keynote speaker respectively.
Administrators, Deans, Program Chairs, and faculty members were also invited. Laguna University was congratulated because of its outstanding performance in the Licensure Examination for Teachers and Mechanical Engineers Licensure Examination. Certificates were given to the board passers before the program ended.
A total of 78 board passers attended (56 LET passers, 1 LECPA passer, 16 Licensure for Mechanical Engineers passers, 4 MLE passers, and 1 BAR Examination passer).
