๐——๐—ฟ. ๐— ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ฒ ๐—๐—ผ๐˜† ๐—ค. ๐—˜๐—น๐—ผ๐—บ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฎ, Director of RDC and OIC Dean of College of Arts and Sciences, opened the program with encouraging remarks on the universityโ€™s commitment to academic discussions.

She referred to the theme of the webinar as a call to focus on the art of high-impact participation.

According to her, โ€œAcademic conferences are not just venues for presenting individual papers; they are dynamic stages for collaborative discourse, challenging ideas, and shaping future research directions.โ€

๐— ๐˜€. ๐—๐˜‚๐˜€๐˜๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฒ ๐—™๐—ฎ๐—ถ๐˜๐—ต ๐—ข. ๐—ฆ๐—ฎ๐—บ๐˜€๐—ผ๐—ป, Research Coordinator of the Community Extension and Services Unit (CESU), delivered the statement of purpose, emphasizing the importance of mastering paneling techniques in academic conferences.

Following this, ๐— ๐—ฟ. ๐—ž๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐˜ ๐—ฅ๐—ผ๐—ฏ๐—ถ๐—ป ๐—ฆ๐—ฎ๐—ป ๐—๐—ผ๐˜€๐—ฒ, Research Coordinator of the College of Computing Studies (CCS), introduced the distinguished resource speaker.

Serving as the resource speaker, ๐—ฃ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—ณ. ๐— ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐˜†๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ป ๐—›. ๐—Ÿ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐˜‚๐˜‡๐—ฎ, LPT, Director of the Center for Research and Publication, discussed understanding academic panel sessions, planning and organizing effective panels, moderating as a panelist, presenting as a panelist, and applying paneling techniques in real academic conferences.

Prof. Lanuza summarized her presentation by saying, โ€œThe success of your presentation will be judged not by the knowledge itself but by what the listeners received. โ€œ
