Second Degree Program (SAPT)

The following documents are required:

a. The Dean or Program Chair shall interview the student and shall check the requirements.

b. The following documents are required:

i. Original Copy of Transfer Credential (Honorable Dismissal)
ii. Original Copy of College Academic Records/Certification of Grades signed by Registrar from previous school for evaluation purposes.
iii. Original Copy of Transcript of Records should have a Remark “Copy for Laguna University”
iv. Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
v. For Female married applicant, submit photocopy of Marriage Contract
vi. Two pieces passport size pictures with nametag
vii. Long Thick Brown Envelope

c. If the minimum class size of 15 students has been met, students will be advised to proceed to enrollment.
