The National Network of Quality Assurance Agencies (NNQAA) has officially recognized the 15 accredited programs of Laguna University during the 2nd NNQAA Quality Assurance Summit and Conferment Ceremony 2026, held on March 5 to 7, 2026, at The Heritage Hotel Manila.
The national event gathered quality assurance leaders from State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) and Local Colleges and Universities (LCUs) across the country. During the ceremony, Laguna University received recognition for its accredited programs, reaffirming the institution’s strong commitment to academic excellence, institutional accountability, and a sustained culture of quality assurance.
During the conferment, Laguna University President Dr. Charlemagne G. Lavina and Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Marlon L. Atanacio formally received the university’s Certificate of Accreditation. This recognition highlights Laguna University as one of the higher education institutions (HEIs) that successfully met the established national standards for quality education.
This milestone was achieved through the collective efforts of the entire Laguna University community, under the leadership of President Dr. Lavina, with the support of its stakeholders, and most notably the Provincial Government of Laguna, led by Hon. Governor Marisol Aragones-Sampelo, Chairman of the LU Board of Regents.
With this significant accomplishment, Laguna University remains committed to delivering quality education and continues to work toward achieving ALCUCOA accreditation for all its academic programs.
