LU CoEd Warms Hearts Amidst Rain with Community Gift Giving Event at RayMer Village

Laguna University, in collaboration with its faculty, staff, and student organizations, held the “Community Gift Giving 2024,” a Christmas gift-giving initiative with the theme “Bridging Hearts, Bringing Joy to the Community,” at RayMer Village, Brgy. Gatid, Santa Cruz, Laguna.

The event kicked off with the registration of participants, including students and faculty, followed by MCs Rachel Reluya and Renden Laudencia of BSEd English formally starting the program, which included a prayer led by Sharmaine Saez from BSEd Mathematics, and a kamustahan session where participants discussed how the LU community extension has positively impacted the children of RayMer Village.

Mr. Godofredo Evangelista, the RayMer Village Coordinator, shared his appreciation for the university’s ongoing efforts from last year until now.

The event concluded with the distribution of ‘pamaskong handog’ gift bags.
