ADMISSION GUIDELINES

1. Online Application

The Laguna University Admission Test (LUAT) application is conducted online within the prescribed schedule through the official portal: https://luat.lu.edu.ph/.

Applicants are allowed to submit only one (1) online application. Multiple submissions will not be entertained.


An active and valid email address is required since all instructions, notifications, and updates regarding the application, examination, and admission results will be sent via the email address provided during the online application.


Applicants are strongly advised to double-check and ensure the accuracy of the email address they enter in the application form.

2. Who May Apply

a. Senior High School (SHS) graduates
b. Grade 12 students who are graduating in Academic Year 2025–2026
c. Those who have previously enrolled and earned academic credits from another college or university

3. Application Requirements

Applicants must prepare and upload the necessary documents when completing the online LUAT application form.

4. Admission Criteria

Passing the LUAT is not the sole basis for admission to certain academic programs.


All LUAT passers will undergo an interview
as part of the screening process.

For board programs
, a specific General Weighted Average (GWA) requirement must be met.

5. Examination Schedule and Venue

The schedule and venue of the LUAT examination will be sent to the applicant’s registered email address.

6. Eligibility for Enrollment

Only applicants who complete and successfully pass all stages of the admission process will be qualified for enrollment at Laguna University.

Requirements:

For New Students:

  • Scanned copy of Grade 12 – First Quarter Report Card (SF10)
  • Applicant’s Active email address

 

New Students are those who are entering college for the first time, with no prior college experience or academic credits.

For Transferees:

  • Scanned copy of Transcript of Records from the last school attended
  • Applicant’s Active email address

 

Transferees are those who have previously enrolled and earned academic credits from another college or university, and are now applying to continue their studies in a new institution
