Key partners were successfully brought together for a consultative meeting aimed at advancing the Tara, Basa! Tutoring Program. The meeting was led by Dr. Charlemagne G. Laviña, President of Laguna University, alongside Mr. Marlon Vendivel Chief of Akay ni Gob Action Center, Ms. Nathalie Gywn E. Gutierrez, DSWD Region IV-A Focal Person, Ms. Laarni F. Reintegrado, RSW, MPA (Division Chief), Mr. Christopher Mariano (Regional Program Coordinator), Ms. Judith P. Maralit-Principe (MSWD Cavinti), and Mr. Ronnel C. Palasin, Laguna University Focal Person for Tara Basa!.
The meeting focused on the university’s full support and a collaborative plan to ensure the program’s success. Laguna University is dedicated to collaborating with DSWD, LGU Sta. Cruz, and LGU Cavinti to contribute to the promotion and protection of the well-being of the students and families in difficult circumstances who are poor, vulnerable, or in challenging situations.
