Continuing Education Program

The following documents are required:

a. Applicant shall accomplish the LUAT Application Form (LU:AA-FO-97) and pass the Laguna University Admission Test (LUAT).

b. Applicant shall comply with the following admission requirements:

i. Original Transcript of Records
ii. Original Copy of College Academic Records/Certification of Grades signed by Registrar from the previous school.
iii. Original Copy of Certificate of Good Moral Character/Employer’s Endorsement letter
iv. Photocopy of Birth Certificate
v. Certificate of Employment
vi. Authenticated Marriage Contract (for Female married applicant)
vii. Two pieces passport size pictures with nametag
viii. Long Thick Brown Envelope
