Ms. Megan Rayala, a resource speaker, led the leadership training with the support of volunteer facilitators. The participants were actively participated in the activity-filled training session.
Ms. Rayala encouraged the attendees to consider their aspirations as a leader both inside and outside of the university, and to do so with integrity. Participants were also reminded of the significance of communication, teamwork, and leadership styles.
As the session came to end, the respective members of the Ugnayan ng Pahinungod gave their concluding statements. After that, the participants were given an evaluation form to complete in order to receive e-certification.
